Yeast Infection Remedies

Yeast Infection Remedies can wildy vary. There are some people who say that yogurt, although not proven hard, can cure a yeast infection. Yogurt contains Lactobacillus Acidophilus, a bacterium that is also found in healthy vaginas. Lactobacillus Acidophilus produces Hydrogen Peroxide, which can kill the yeast that is residing in the vagina. You can apply the yogurt on your vulva and also inside anyway that you like.
